After a period of closure for renovations and updates to the Fine and Rare Book Room, the fourth floor of Hunt Library will reopen to visitors on Monday April 4th. In addition to the Fine and Rare Book Room, which houses the majority of the University Libraries' collection of rare books, manuscripts, and early calculating machines, the fourth floor is home to the Architecture Archives, books, music scores, a copier and two printers, as well as the infamous fourth floor fridge.
Special Collections is now open for research and instruction by appointment.
The fourth floor Arts Desk is no longer a service point. Requests for materials in that area, such as CDs and LPs, should be made through the library catalog.
